We had our 1 Year Civil Partnership Anniversary meal at the Bakehouse and we were not dissappointed. It was fantastic the staff where friendly and attentive the setting was perfect and the food well we cant wait to come again it was a gorgeous meal. Thank you very much!

I would just like to say thank you for a wonderful lunch on Sunday. The food was delicious and our party's various menu requests were dealt with just as we asked on the pre-order. The service was excellent,
both efficient and warm, and nothing was too much trouble. `i am sure we will be back again very soon and I would be very happy to recommend the Bake House to all my friends.

I've eaten at Michelin star restaurants in London, Paris and Rome. The food at The Bakehouse is of that standard: inventive, complex in its flavours and beautifully cooked, What it doesn't have (thank God!) is the elaborate, ritualistic level of service that seems required in restaurants with a Michelin star or two or three. The service is quietly efficient, warm and friendly. If there is a culinary heaven, this is it.

I took my partner to The Bakehouse for her birthday and I can't fault the place.

The food was amazing, the setting was warm and romantic and moreover the service was great. I spoke with the chefs earlier to arrange a birthday cake to be brought out. All the staff at The Bakehouse were friendly, approachable and I would definitely go back there for a special occasion.

One of those places I'd love to keep a secret, but needs to be experienced!

Just wanted to leave another comment for guest book. I came in for a meal on wednesday night and it was my first visit to the bakehouse. Just wanted to say the food was fabulous (created a bit of food envy when the lamb was brought out). Lovely atmosphere and will definately come again. Thanks!
